Hi all,
I am Kavya. I have 3.5 years of work experience in HR field. Currently, I am not working anywhere. I joined the Boston Group, which is also an SAP Certified education partner just like Siemens. I am undergoing training in SAP HR Module.
Can anyone help me with how the SAP Certification exam paper looks? Can you please send me a sample of the pattern?
Any SAP certification questions, please?
Last but not least, any tips that you can share with me to go through the certification exam. As I heard, we should strictly answer at least 56 out of the total 80 questions posed and achieve a minimum of 70% to pass the certification.
Please help me. Thank you for your help.
Regards, Kavya.

Hello,
HR Certification Examination is for 3 hours with 80 questions.
There are 3 types of questions:
1. Questions with one answer
2. Questions with multiple answers/more than one answer
3. Questions with more than one answer along with a Yes/No option for each option
The total exam is divided into different sections, i.e., HR essentials, OM, PA, Payroll, TM, Reports, Authorizations, etc. It cannot be expected how many questions will come in each section. Regarding the type of questions, some of them are direct questions, but most are scenario-based and logical. There is no need to focus on table names, their usage, navigations, etc.
Suggestion: Be careful while reading the questions, and read each question at least three times along with the options because you will have plenty of time to answer the questions.
I have passed the SAP-HR certification exam. Here are my insights for those interested in taking the exam. There are 80 multiple-choice questions. The questions are distributed across 9 units based on the weightage specified in the exam format (+, ++, or +++). For example, in my exam, there were approximately 11 questions on the first unit marked as ++, around 20-21 questions on the units marked as +++, and about 6-8 questions on the units marked as +. Only 6 questions were asked on the last two units, i.e., the 8th and 9th units.
The basic question format includes a statement followed by possible answers where each statement carries a specific weightage. Most questions follow this format, with around 65-70 questions structured this way and the remaining having only one possible answer. There were only 4-5 scenario-based questions. Sufficient time is provided to answer the questions, allowing one to proceed at their own pace.
After completing the exam, I realized that the test focuses on conceptual clarity. Clear understanding of the concepts can lead to success in the exam. The exam does not require memorizing IMG paths.
I hope this revised version meets your expectations.
