If you want to withdraw, send withdrawal forms to them without filling the PF number by registered AD post. Ask for acknowledgment of submitting to the PF office. If there is no response, contact the concerned PF commissioner.

If there is a PF A/c number mentioned on the salary slips, then the problem would not have arisen.
