We are in the process of establishing proper KPAs, KRAs, and KPIs for our Group of Companies. Currently, we have a diverse workforce of 12,000 for our group. I work here as an HR Executive, and the management intends to formulate a proper system. In this regard, all of you are requested to please provide me with a brief outline of how to prepare a systematic layout for a particular department and its employees.

Kindly search in CITEHR for KRA, KPI, AND KPA... There is a lot of material on the same. Please come up with a suggestion or an initial work. Seniors in citehr will guide you thru.

Dear Ash,

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned earlier, there was no established practice for this system. We were solely using a "boss rating employee" system, which is an absolutely wrong approach, creating discrimination and a negative impact on employees, leading to a high resignation rate. To achieve our objectives and improve productivity, management has decided to implement an updated system.

I have an idea and I am willing to proceed, but I would like to review a format prepared by senior colleagues so that I can prepare it correctly.
