Hi Neha,
I am Dharmesh. I am working as Manager Facilities. This role involves both HR and administrative responsibilities. HR primarily deals with employees, including tasks such as salary management, recruitment, provident fund (P.F.), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and employee welfare. On the other hand, administration pertains to the day-to-day operations of an organization, the implementation of policies, management of vendors, handling statutory implications, and more. In essence, a robust administrative function is crucial for the smooth functioning of any organization. I hope you have some insights on this matter.
Warm Regards,
Dharmesh

Hi Dharmesh,
Thank you for the reply.
I have an idea but still have a doubt: how would you differentiate between HR practices and Administration? Recruitment, Training and Development, and policy formulation also come under General HR activities. If someone asks about the administration job handled, are the sections I mentioned enough to explain?
I am also handling the same things in my company, but I have faced a lot of issues in creating the proper job description.
