I can help you in this regard by giving you some suggestions or criteria on which you can concentrate for total employee involvement. The criteria you should focus on are:
1. CULTURE OF THE ORGANISATION
2. THE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL RATING SYSTEM USED BY THE ORGANISATION
3. THE HIERARCHY STRUCTURE
4. NATURE OF THE JOB AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
5. EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE ON THE JOB
Interview the employees based on these criteria, identify any deficits, and then ask the employees what would make them satisfied to achieve full involvement.
