Hello Everyone,

Recently, I have applied for an opening in civil services in Singapore. The HR team has considered my application and asked for details about my university where I completed my Master's degree. Surprisingly, after providing the details, they informed me that they can't employ me because my university is not recognized in Singapore. However, I have been informed by other HR professionals and consultants in the same field that Gujarat University, where I studied, is recognized in Singapore.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to approach the HR team to inquire why my application was rejected without even being interviewed.

Thank you in advance for your prompt response.

Regards,
Gaurav
