Hi,

It's really simple, but I need help. I had taken leave for almost 2 weeks due to chicken pox and sent an email to the organization about it. They accepted and cut my salary as well. I have 4 medical leaves which haven't been paid. My employer told me to reapply with a medical certificate so consideration will be given for the medical leaves. Can any kind-hearted soul help me regarding this? I need the format urgently.

Thank you.

If you were in India, give 10 Rs to the doctor, and even if you didn't have anything, he will give you any certificate. Just go to the doctor who treated you and demand a certificate. It is very simple; the doctor will state that you were sick with chickenpox and not in a position to attend the office. That's all, take care tinytoonie... :):) Get well soon :-D:-D
