Hi guys,

Why can't we decide that the engineer is the murderer? Please go through the question carefully.

The police received an anonymous call about a murderer who is enjoying his holiday along with his friends in the Lavish Villa. The police reached the building quickly and found a lawyer, an engineer, a doctor, and a cop. The police quickly arrested the engineer without any delay.

Now, observe the word "his," which obviously means the murderer is a man. Here, the people in the lavish villa are described only by their profession, not by sex. The others could be women.

Ans.
With his friends when police saw them, only the engineer is a man, the others are women. Am I right? 😂
