Hi Friends,
I really don't know what the problem is, but I am able to download it. I even tried asking a few friends of mine to do it, and they were able to. Try this method:
1. Take the cursor to the attachment.
2. Right-click on it.
3. Then click on "Save." Make sure to note where you are saving it. If it's on the desktop, you won't have much problem searching for it.
If you still have problems, I will forward it to your email for sure.
