A. Cost & Manpower.
B. On-the-spot evaluation of contents.
C. Feedback executed.
Centralized Training Does Have Following Disadvantages:
A. No proper one-to-one feedback.
B. Trainers' queries not executed properly.
C. No involvement of participants.
D. Implementation of Training Programs not guaranteed.
E. Non-evaluation of Training Contents.
Remember, when quality is more important than quantity, or vice versa, never expect miracles.
