It is a nice story to be read.
Two saints (Saint-1 and Saint-2) were crossing a river which was flowing with huge water. In the middle of the river, they saw a young girl (18 years old) who was having difficulty crossing the river.
She made a humble request to Saint-1 to help her cross the river, as the water level was increasing, and she feared for her life.
Saint-1 responded angrily, "I am sorry, we are saints, so we are not supposed to think or touch any young girl; it is against our morals."
The girl looked at Saint-2 with tears in her eyes and pleaded, "Please help me, I don't want to die."
Saint-2 stepped forward, lifted her onto his shoulders, and crossed the river, despite Saint-1's disapproval.
Once they reached the other side, the young girl expressed her gratitude to Saint-2. Both saints continued walking, but Saint-1 expressed his anger towards Saint-2 for his actions.
An hour later, Saint-1 scolded Saint-2, "You should not have done that; do you know we are saints and not supposed to touch young girls?"
Two hours passed, and Saint-1, unable to contain his anger, said to Saint-2, "I don't think you are a true saint; I feel sorry for you. Please do not commit such acts in the future and always remember that we are saints."
After a long pause, Saint-2 replied calmly with a smile to Saint-1, "Look, it is true that I carried the girl on my shoulder, but you know I dropped her already. You, however, are still carrying her in your mind."

It's very true, Raj. This is the way we should also deal with stress. As long as we hold onto it, it would be a burden in our mind. We should timely work on our stress and drop it as soon as possible; otherwise, life would be tough and miserable.
