Hello people how does one modify or improve the existing HR Policy Manual can any one give me a sample of a HR Policy Manual waiting for replies Amit

No one would give you any sample HR policy, but you can improve what you have with you. Just verify it more than once and check the relevant laws pertaining to that particular policy. Then it should be easy to bring out the necessary changes.

Amit Mr. Vinay rightly said, no one can post / attach HR policy manual. The Senior Members of this cite will suggest / educate you for modification of your company’s existing policy.

Well, one can modify a policy by reading, re-reading, and modifying it. There is no one-stop-shop to buy a policy. If you are not sure, post it in the forum and ask for people's opinions. The same can be done within your organization; ask your team to review and comment on it.
