Hi,
The white papers are an amazing read. I am pursuing my Masters in HR, and we also have to write a research paper. Such articles provide good insights on how to write good papers. Please post more. Thanks a lot. Keep up the good work!

Dear Sir,
Good collection. Keep going.
Can anyone help me out?
A party has approached me to start a business in stone crushing. I have my own land to invest in the business but lack the necessary funds. The second party has the financial resources to invest but does not possess land. Please suggest how I should proceed in terms of investment. What are the conditions, agreements, leasing or renting options involved? Kindly advise.
