Casual workers are entitled to a bonus if their names appear in the muster roll of the company. Similarly, probationers are also eligible for a bonus unless otherwise provided in the standing orders of the organization. There may be different interpretations on the subject, but all labor laws are made to protect workmen, and as such, an employer will not be given an opportunity to take away any privilege or right of an employee under any Act by designating an employee as "casual", "temporary", or "probationer".

Dear Manoj,
Anyone who has worked for more than 30 days in your organization, whether as a permanent, temporary, casual, probationary, badli, or contract worker, is eligible to receive a bonus. This is mandated by law, and no company policy can override this legal requirement. Even if any company standing orders contradict the law, the law takes precedence. Therefore, all eligible employees are entitled to receive a bonus.
Thank you,
