Dear All HR Gurus,

I am in a fix. Please help me out ASAP. In my organization, which is an old one, there was no provision for the PF & ESI. And now, I have been given the work to open the salary account. In that way, I have to make all the arrangements for the PF/ESI as well. However, the problem is three employees have been working for the last four years, and no PF has been paid till now. One of them is getting 10,000, but the others are falling in the PF bracket. Please show me the way to execute it.

Dear,

Please make it a little clearer. When did this organization start? Is it a factory registered under the Factories Act or is it in a service industry? How many employees are there? When did the employee count first reach 10/20? Where is the location of the workplace?

We are registered as per the Factory Act and all the required regulations. We started from Kolkata, but the problem is that in Mumbai, we have a marketing office and the PF amount has not been paid for a long time for Mumbai employees. However, we now intend to comply with all the provisions of PF for all employees.
