Hi Friends,
I am just confused about what all amounts are included in CTC. Could anybody guide me on what all amounts should be included in CTC? It would be better if it's in the right format. Is there a specific format to compute CTC?

Hi Nisha,
"CTC" stands for Cost to the company, and it includes all the components that a company pays to the employee (fixed + variables).
"Gross Salary" comprises the monthly Payables + Deductions (PF + LTA + Bonus + Mediclaim).
"Cash in Hand," on the other hand, can be calculated from the Gross Salary. You only need to take the monthly payables and deduct the PF amount from it once more. The resulting amount will be the Cash in Hand.
