Hi Karan,

Thank you for the reply. However, as BHEL is a government organization, the salary is already fixed and communicated to us. We have also been asked to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from our current employers, so I believe expected salary and notice period will not be an issue. Do you anticipate any other questions that may arise?

I am curious, how does the interview process with a government organization differ from that of a private organization?
