1. I know what is expected of me at work.
2. There is someone at work who encourages my development.
3. In the last six months, someone at work has talked to me about my progress.
4. At work, my opinions seem to count.
5. I feel safe at work.
6. I get opportunities at work to learn and grow.
7. I am happy with my working hours.
8. I am satisfied with the workload.
9. My supervisor/boss treats me fairly.
10. I get the training I need to perform my job well.
11. I am always recognized if I take initiative.
These questions are based on parameters like role clarity, commitment to work, career growth, training, job security, etc. You will find these types of questions and their format easily on the internet and even on our site, so keep searching.

Hi, this is Zeeshan pursuing my MBA in HR. I am doing my summer internship project on Employee Engagement Survey in a logistics company. I have already prepared 120 questions and finalized 50 questions. The sample size is 100. I have used a Likert 7 scale. I am facing a problem in making tentative analysis for the same.
