I am preparing a research paper on "Interaction Between Culture and Motivation in the Era of Global Organizations".
For the above topic, I have prepared two questionnaires. The first questionnaire is on Traditional and Innovative Motivational Practices for a pilot study, and the other is an instrument developed by Udai Pareek on Motivational Analysis for Organizational Climate (MAO-C).
