Hi!

Very often, I have noticed the need for short stories to generate a level of interest in my Outbound Learning programs. I came across this interesting ebook of short fables that a trainer can effectively use to link conversations and derive both fun and learning elements during campfire chats and informal discussions with the group.

Use these effectively, and they will help you build a great rapport with your trainees. Hope it helps!

Cheers,

Aesop's Fables, Tales from Panchatantra, etc., are ageless and afford ample analogies/anecdotes for use during training. Their meanings/messages reach the participant without missing the target.

Thanks 'sthakkar'/Samir for sharing the PDF.
