I want to find out the satisfaction level of the employees with respect to the current employee welfare activities. Can anyone tell me what needs to be included in the questionnaire? What kind of questions? How exactly can I measure the satisfaction level? This is with respect to a project I need to know urgently.

I am absolutely sorry for writing this way. Well, I am pursuing a P.G. in Hospital Administration from CMC, Vellore. I have narrowed down my project to welfare satisfaction among MBBS interns. Dear Jean, I am willing to help you, but I do not have questionnaires to send. Are you studying full-time? Have you not got a tutor guide? Where will you be doing the study, and how many interns are there? Have you done any literature survey? If not, you need to do that first to establish the Research Framework.
