Srikanth, a quick comment on the benefits: Only Leave Salary and Gratuity come into relevance in the UAE as there is no official system of collecting a Security Deposit. Regarding other benefits, an Air Ticket to the home country will come into prominence if the employee is terminated, and again if he resigns (a pro-rata basis ticket allowance is given). Nothing more. Of course, any other deductions such as allowances utilized like housing, furniture (again on a pro-rata basis until the time of exit), deductions on utility expenses, etc., will have to be taken care of. Here again, it will depend on the grade of the employee and benefits offered and availed.
