Hi all,

I am doing a project on Performance Appraisal System in a company that deals with a variety of businesses, like Medical Transcription, Software Development, and Call Centers. So, I feel this is a good company where I can formulate job descriptions (JDs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the employees. Currently, I have circulated a questionnaire for the same. However, I am not able to interpret the data collected. Can anybody help me out with the data interpretation so that I can formulate JDs?

Hello friend,

It is necessary that at the time of designing the questionnaire, we make sure we understand what the possible ways these will be returned are and how we will analyze the data collected. Now, since you have already completed that stage, you will face some difficulty. However, if you provide information on what the questions were, some ideas on how to analyze can be given.

So please describe the questions you had put in the questionnaire.

Nishikanth is right. You should have decided beforehand how to design the questionnaire. However, you could send the blank questionnaire to me personally rather than posting it on the public forum. I will see how I can guide you. I am a retired academic who has posted some PowerPoint presentations on Research Methodology on this forum.
