Hi,

I'm trying to put together a system to have an organized way to keep track/record of the trainings conducted and to identify who has attended which training and when. I'm considering incorporating a "training log" or a "training card" to maintain a record of any on-the-job or other types of development or learning.

Additionally, I would like to ask if anyone has any template ideas, etc.

Thanks,
Ciao,

Hi,

Although I don't have a specific template, what I used to do is use an Excel spreadsheet and develop such templates. Why don't you do the same and develop one? With time, you will be able to enhance it further.

We have an inexpensive automated Excel spreadsheet that includes error protection and automatically generates attendance, vendor, and financial reports. You can check out the Training Tracker at http://www.businessperform.com/html/...g_tracker.html.
