Hello All,
Recently, one of our team members' US visa got rejected. If anybody knows the procedure for association with Visa consulates for processing our employees' visas, kindly inform us.
Thanks,

Hi Meghana,
I do not know if it was a B1/H1/L1 visa that was rejected for your team member. Don't worry, if it's rejected for the first time, he has ample chances of trying for the second time with all documents in place. Above all, the body language and confidence matter a lot when a person stands in front of the interviewer at the Consulate. Let me know in case you need any kind of help regarding this. I would be glad to give some suggestions for the above-mentioned visa types.

Find out the reason why he got rejected. Whether he held all documents properly. Is the company paying the tax properly in the US, and he should explain the project that he is going to work on, like the client's name. When the consulate people question him, he should be reliable with the answers; he should not blink or lie. If he has already traveled to the US, he should have all tax papers. They will not just reject the visa; they will give some papers to him in colors that will vary for different missing information.

Hello All,
Thanks to all for the response. We know the reason for not granting the visa. All the documents were provided to him, and they were correct. But we just want to make sure that such things should not happen with any other team member in the future. That's why we would like to know about the association with Consulates.
Thanks,
Meghaan
