Your funny interview reminded me of a similar situation that happened years back when I was a member of the selection committee for probationary officers at a nationalized bank. The candidate proved to be very jovial throughout, making us laugh the entire time. However, we ultimately did not select him. Now, I feel that it was a mistake because we could have provided an opportunity for employees to work in a much lighter atmosphere in a bank branch. (I often feel this way when I visit my bank and see everyone working under tension!)
