Hi Members,
In a Contract Agreement, it is mentioned that if the Contractor doesn't pay the EPF and ESIC contributions, there will be no payment of next month's wages bill from the Principal Employer. Is that a valid contract? Whether the Principal Employer is still liable for the EPF and ESIC.
