Hi,
Resignation letters can be designed in many types depending upon the circumstances that lead to resignation. Any resignation letter should be sent in advance, either with one month's notice or three months' notice, to enable the organization/company to make alternate arrangements. As far as the government sector is concerned, the resignation letter must contain the reasons for resignation and a self-declaration affirming that the resignation is tendered with a sound state of mind and health, without pressure from any other party. One suggested format, presented in a simple manner, is provided below:
To (Head of the Organization/Company)
Sir,
Due to some unavoidable circumstances on personal reasons, I hereby tender my resignation to the post of (name of the post) with effect from (date) in the organization (Name of the organization).
I declare that I am in a sound state of mind and fully aware of the consequences of my resignation. I also confirm that this resignation is voluntary and not influenced by any external pressure.
I request the authorities kindly accept my resignation with effect from (date).
Thanking you, Sir,
Yours faithfully,

Good samples don't say much more than you are leaving. Emphasize the positive and talk about how the company has benefited you. Offer to help during the transition and afterwards. Don't be negative.

Hello friends,
Please tell me, if your employer is not providing you with an employee-friendly, i.e., employee-concerned working culture and behavior, which leads you to consider leaving in search of professional behavior, what kind of resignation letter should one write?
It would be a sort of grievance resignation.
Please help.
