- Form numbers for PF account, PF withdrawal, PF transfer.
- Form numbers for ESI registration.
- What are the percentages in which we can provide basic and HRA?
- Is there a maximum amount figure beyond which the medical benefit should not exceed?
Please help me. I need to manage all these in my company.

Thank you for the site; I could find almost all the details. I have a small doubt regarding Form 11 for employee declaration. Can the same form be used for an employee (fresher) who has joined the company and is eligible for PF? In other words, if a person is eligible for PF and has joined our company as a fresher, which form should be initially used to apply for PF?
