Dear All,
I have recently joined a new organization in the publishing industry in Gurgaon. We have a total of about 125 employees, with 40 junior staff members receiving lower salaries, and the rest are executive staff. I have drafted several policies here, such as the Leave Policy, Business Travel Policy, Recruitment Policy, Manpower Planning Policy, Incentive Policy (for the sales staff), Induction Policy, Probation & Confirmation Policy, Separation Policy, Performance Appraisal Policy, and Compensation & Benefits Policy. Please inform me if I have missed any policy. Additionally, I would like to request advice on how to gain the confidence of the staff as an HR Manager and effectively implement these policies. Thank you in advance!
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Best Regards
