Hi, thanks for the reply. I have prepared the questionnaire, which includes a study on how much participants learn from the training and how applicable it is to their job. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me in finding literature reviews on the "effectiveness of training programs." Have you tried the web? I have seen a number of posts asking for literature after the questionnaires are designed and the survey is done. 1. The trainer was organized in delivering the training.
2. The trainer encouraged participation and interaction during the session.
