You must include the following in your induction PPT:
1. Company's brief introduction.
2. Its documents like annual reports, plan documents, literature on products and services.
3. Most importantly, the personnel policies manual, write-ups on the organization in business magazines.
4. Information interactions, other HR policies, their career graphs.
5. Don't forget to keep a slide for queries and questions.
The above points are subject to vary with the nature of the post. For example, if you are inducting people at a junior level, then the induction would be different compared to senior executives.
