I am doing my research on motivation in employees. I am trying to relate job satisfaction, salary, career progression opportunities, leadership, job security, and organizational philosophy - such as delegation of authority and responsibility, and trust in employees - to motivation. Please send me introductory sentences, quotations, and citations that link any of these factors to motivation.

I have completed my Ph.D. thesis on job satisfaction, and my thesis covers all these aspects. Unfortunately, web copies or soft copies are not available.
To summarize my thesis, I have studied the job satisfaction factors of professional, semi-professional, skilled, and unskilled employees in the government sector. The analyzed factors include job-related factors, personality factors, and personal factors. There is a significant variation among the contributing factors of job satisfaction and motivation among various employee classes. However, overall, job-related factors are the primary reasons affecting employee job satisfaction, and personal and personality factors do not have a direct impact on job satisfaction, as per my study. The job-related factors include intrinsic aspects of the job, supervision, job security, relations with higher officials, working conditions, salary, opportunities for promotions and job advancements, social aspects of the job, communications, fringe benefits, etc. Among these factors, intrinsic aspects, supervision, and social aspects of the job have a greater influence on employee job satisfaction than others.
