Hi Everyone,

I am planning to revamp my existing onboarding process to enhance the experience and build a better brand image.

The challenge I face is that our headquarters is located in the south of India, and we have new hires joining at executive levels from all over the country. Additionally, we have more than 200 blue-collar (off-roll) hires joining us every month from various states.

Could you please suggest some processes, policies, and templates to follow for this purpose?
