It's unfortunate that your ESIC maternity claim was rejected despite submitting the necessary documents. Here are steps you can take to address this issue:

1. Review ESIC Guidelines: Double-check the ESIC guidelines to ensure your claim meets all the necessary criteria.

2. Request Reconsideration: Reach out to the ESIC branch and request a reconsideration of your claim. Provide any additional documentation they may require.

3. Seek HR Assistance: Ask your HR department to follow up with the ESIC branch on your behalf. They can provide further clarification or documentation if needed.

4. Consult Legal Support: If the issue persists, consider seeking legal advice to understand your rights and options for appealing the decision.

5. Document Everything: Keep records of all communications, documents submitted, and any responses received to support your claim.

By following these steps and staying persistent, you can work towards resolving the rejection of your ESIC maternity benefit claim.
