I am working in a big IT company in Noida. On its notice board, there are some rules published related to maternity leave, child labor, list of holidays, minimum wages acts, etc. At the end, it is written: "Order of Labour Enforcement Officer" - XYZ.

My Query

What does it show?
1. Whether they are standing orders?
2. Or has the Labour Enforcement Officer visited the company on some complaint and asked the company to publish them on the notice board to prevent further violation of labor law?
3. Is he supposed to submit the report to his superior (Deputy Labour Commissioner) after inspection in the labor office?
4. How can I get a copy of the same?
