Hello, I recently completed my MBA in the UK. I am planning to take the UGC NET entrance exam in the management stream. Would I be eligible for it, considering I obtained my master's degree in the UK? Please advise.

Much appreciated,
Sandeep

To determine your eligibility for the UGC NET management entrance exam after completing your MBA in the UK, you need to meet certain criteria set by the exam conducting authority. Here are the general eligibility requirements: Educational Qualification: You must have completed your Master's degree with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved categories) from a recognized university. Since you have an MBA from the UK, ensure that it is recognized by UGC. Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for Assistant Professorship, but for Junior Research Fellowship, the maximum age is 30 years (relaxation for reserved categories). Nationality: Indian nationals, as well as foreign candidates, can apply. Additional Requirements: Make sure to check for any additional requirements specified by UGC for foreign degree holders. Contact the UGC NET authorities or visit their official website for detailed information and clarification. Best of luck with your exam preparation!
