Dear All Cite Members,

We have scheduled a one-day office picnic at Lonavala tomorrow. Please suggest any official games, team-building games, best performer games, etc.

Your reply will be highly appreciated.

Hey,

You can play a game called Pi Pa Po where you can bring all of them together at one place, and one person will start it from "Pi." Then it moves clockwise to "Pa" and "Po." At "Po," the person saying "Po" will show his/her finger towards another person, and then from that person, it goes again like "Pi Pa Po." It should be a rapid round, very fast. If, after the last "Po," the person who is supposed to start gets confused, stops, or does not know what to do, then give him/her some kind of punishment or allow that person to be out and start again.

It's really enjoyable.

Hi Ravi,

I am attaching the management of games that you can organize on the eve of the picnic day. There are both indoor and outdoor games included. Please review them and let me know if they were useful.

Cheers,

I am looking for some engaging HR games, preferably lasting around an hour, that are suitable for a picnic setting. I want the games to be creative and extremely fun. Could you please suggest some options? :)
