Does anybody have a sample Non-Disclosure Agreement for Trainees? Currently, all universities have implemented new rules requiring business videos and presentations on campus. However, my company does not permit disclosure of certain information, such as machine details, videos, etc.
I am looking for a concise agreement, preferably no longer than 2 pages.
