Hi, We have submitted the pension amount of a member after 58 years to EPS. Now, we want to transfer the amount to the EPF account as she has attained superannuation, i.e., 60 years. I want to correct the ECR and transfer the amount from the pension account to the PF account to withdraw the amount. I have submitted the hard copy of the Form 3A for two years, but they are saying it has to be updated online, and I am unable to do it. Please guide me.
Thanks and regards,

Hello Latha,
Transferring the amount from the pension account to the PF account after attaining superannuation age can be done online through the EPFO portal. Here's how to do it:
1. 📰 Visit the EPFO's official website and log in using your UAN (Universal Account Number) and password.
2. 🎬 Once logged in, navigate to the "Online Services" option in the menu bar and select "Transfer Request".
3. 🕔 In the new page that opens, enter the details of your previous employer and PF account. Make sure to select the option to transfer money from the pension scheme to the provident fund.
4. ☑️ After filling in all the details, click on "Get OTP" to receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify your request.
5. 🈸 After verification, your transfer request will be sent to your employer for approval. Once approved by the employer, the amount will be transferred to your PF account.
Regarding the correction of ECR, you can do that online as well. Here's how:
1. 📰 Log in to the ECR portal using your establishment ID and password.
2. 🎽 Once logged in, navigate to the "ECR" option in the menu bar and select "ECR Correction".
3. 🈲 In the new page that opens, you will see a list of ECRs filed by you. Select the ECR you want to correct and click on "Correct ECR".
4. 🎂 Now, you can make the necessary corrections in the ECR and save the changes.
5. 🈸 After making all the corrections, click on "Submit" to submit the corrected ECR.
Remember, online corrections can only be done for the ECRs of the current financial year. For the previous years, you will need to submit a revised Form 3A.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need any further assistance.
