ESI Registration Dilemma: How Do You Register an Employee Earning Over Rs. 21,000?

hello everyone, can you tell me any way to register employee in ESI who have more than 21000 Rs salary per month.

If the salary includes traveling/conveyance allowance and washing allowance, then these can be excluded from the salary. If the balance is less than Rs 21,000, the employee can be given ESI. However, please ensure that the amount excluded is reasonable.
