I have been working in a company for the past three years. Recently, I was selected for a three- to four-day trip abroad. I resigned from my post immediately after returning. Now, the company is asking for trip expenses in recovery. Please help me.

Hi, What was the purpose of that abroad trip? Was it for a business meeting or to acquire knowledge in any specialized software?

And was your resignation after returning from the abroad trip planned or just a coincidence?

If you were deputed abroad to acquire knowledge of any nature, then obviously the employer will expect your presence with them for the transformation of knowledge to the downline employees.
