Navigating Backdated PF Challans: How to Handle Non-Compliance for a Single Employee?


Dear All, How to Make a back dated PF Challan for non compliance for only one employee who has worked with us for 13 months and he has no any PF past history.

You cannot file a backdated challan, but you have to register the employee now and pay his contributions with a retrospective date as a contribution on omitted wages. Obviously, it will attract interest and damages as well.
