One of my former employees, who worked at my company for around 3 years, recently submitted a form claiming gratuity for 7 years, even though he only worked for 4 years. Can I pursue a legal case against this claim? What steps should I take upon receiving this claim form?

Hi, Just ignore it or reply back stating that he is not eligible for Gratuity. After 3 years hope he is relieved officially. Even if he makes a complaint with ACL office you can present the facts.
