Hi everyone, I have four years of experience in an MNC company, but I joined this MNC company with fake experience. Now, I have received a new offer with genuine four years of experience from another MNC company, and I am currently serving my notice period. However, my current company has offered me the same package to retain me. What should I do now? Should I continue with the same company, or should I change?

Pros: In this company, there is a supportive team and a long-term project.

Reasons for Changing Jobs

What is the reason for changing jobs - only for a better compensation package or are there other factors to consider? Is it related to the working atmosphere, a strained relationship with your immediate superior, limited opportunities for growth, etc.?

If the motivation is solely financial, then remaining with your current organization may be the best choice as it is a familiar environment. However, if there are additional reasons aside from the salary package, then pursuing a change might be appropriate.

The decision is yours to make.
