Hi Connections, Can you help me to know about Tamil Nādu leave rules as per the Shops and Establishment Act? E.g., how many casual, sick, and earned.

Every employee is entitled to 12 days of casual leave and 12 days of sick leave for a period of 12 months. In addition to this, an employee who has worked for 12 months shall be given 12 days of earned leave. The unavailed earned leave shall be accumulated up to 45 days.
