The company has paid correctly until 16th October. You can file a case in the labor office or in court claiming wages for the period from the 17th to the 3rd of November, which remained unpaid according to you. You need to have attendance proof for that period to claim payment.

Thanks, Agarwal BD. I will still check with them personally by visiting and consulting with the seniors there. I don't think people in this position would do such an act. If nothing works out, it's better to forget it, consider it my bad luck, and be more cautious about trusting people in the future.
