I joined the company in November 2022. I found out I was pregnant in December and informed my manager in February about my pregnancy. The following month, I received an email stating that my performance was not meeting expectations. In April, I was asked to resign, but I refused. A month before going on maternity leave, they put me on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), changed my team, assigned new tasks, and set unrealistic targets. The stress has become overwhelming, leading me to decide to resign. Is there any legal support available to me?
