Hi, I hope the non-deduction of PF is not based on the employee's willingness but due to the reason that the employee's Basic+DA exceeded INR 15,000 at the time of joining, and the employee was not a contributing member of PF previously. For such employees, you can collect PF Form 11 for records, which will be a confirmation from the employee and would be sufficient.
