Dear Samir,

It is perfectly answered, but it is further advisable to add the clause of Certified standing orders of the company and/or model standing orders of the company. If the delinquent employee challenges your warning, then a reference from the standing orders will give you more weightage in legal disciplinary proceedings.

There was a recent judgment wherein a front office staff at a 5-star hotel had pocketed ₹100 while arranging a cab for the customer. The court's ruling is "dismissal" as it is a grave offense involving integrity.
